Attorney. Born in Buenos Aires in 1959. Graduated from UADE University (Universidad Argentina de la Empresa) in Law and Bachelor of Business Administration. He has an MBA Postgraduate degree – Executive Master in Business Administration – at the Institute of High Business Studies (IAE Instituto de Altos Estudios Empresariales) and a Business Results Strategy degree held at the University of Toronto (Canada).
He is a producer agent at the National Securities Commission (CNV). For many years, he worked on the Board of Directors and on the Administration Management of an important supermarket chain (TIA S.A.), where he was also responsible for the expansion plan of the points of sale of said supermarket (carrying out land search, investment plan, planning, hiring, etc.).
He worked in the Board area as head of economic and financial analysis, and he was responsible for the project financing and start-up of “Paseo Alcorta” shopping mall. In Argentina, he was in charge of the location of New Supermarket Projects EKONO S.A. Participated in the Real Estate Projects Management of Grupo Comercial del Plata. In charge of the set-up in Argentina and member of the Board of Directors of Grupo Tishman Speyer Properties (Real Estate Developer – New York). Also in the Board area, he was the Chief Financial and Investment Officer of Standard Trading (DOLE – Argentina). Shareholder and member of the Board of Directors of many telecommunication, financial, commercial air transport and tourism companies. As of 2020, partner at Cartasso Naveyra Attorneys. Specializes in Real Estate and New Business Development in different sectors of the economy. He has extensive experience in Counseling in the Local Financial Sector and in International Commerce, in Analyses of Investment Projects, in Debt Restructuring, in Investments, in Obtaining financing for start-ups and/or projects in the pipeline. Expertise in Commercial Contracts, Mergers and Acquisitions. Member and Paul Harris Fellow of the Rotary Club of Buenos Aires.
