This department provides advice and services to both plaintiffs and defendants in contentious matters ranging from the handling of simple disputes to complex civil and commercial cases at federal civil and commercial courts as well as labour courts. It also handles complex inheritance cases, providing comprehensive follow-up and attention to each claim.

As regards arbitration, our attorneys are experienced in national proceedings under ICSID and UNCITRAL rules, held at the Buenos Aires Stock Exchange, the Civil Centre for Mediation and Arbitration (CEMA), among others.
