Attorney. Born in Buenos Aires in 1968. He graduated from Universidad Católica Argentina (UCA, for its acronym in Spanish), 1993. Specialist in Corporate Counseling, Real Estate, Damage and Family Issues, and Intestate Succession. He was awarded a scholarship by The Hague Academy of International Law in 1994, specialist in Private International Law.
Postgraduate as specialist in Corporate Counseling (UCA 1995), “Real Estate Transactions” (Universidad Austral, 2007), “Special Trust Program – Programa Especial de Fideicomiso” (Universidad Austral, 2008). He has wide experience in family conflicts, asset restructuring and complex intestate successions. He has worked as an advisor attorney for national and foreign companies on agreements, complex legal actions and real estate business. He has provided counseling to several private-sector companies regarding Consumer Protection (product liability), especially in automotive issues. He worked as a senior attorney at Estudio Negri, Teijeiro & Incera from 1995 to 2000, and for Estudio Brons & Salas between 2000 and 2012. Partner at Estudio Salerno & Asociados.
Academic Activities: Professor in “Legal Tools for Non-Attorneys” Postgraduate course – UCA Business School, Economic Sciences College. He has given seminars and conferences on his specialty subjects and has published many papers and doctrinal articles.
Partner at the Bar Association of the City of Buenos Aires and Vice-president of the Consumer Protection Commission of said association. Member of the Argentinean Cultural Association for ex Alumni in Holland (ACANEB, for its acronym in Spanish).
