Cecilia Inés Collavino

CONSUMER DEFENCE DEPT.

Graduated from Salvador University with a degree in tourism in 1998. Earned a graduate degree in Communication Management from University of Pretoria, South Africa, in 2000.

 

Collavino served as a passenger service agent with Lapa Airlines, handling reservations, tickets and flights at Jorge Newbery airport. From 2004-2008, she worked as a customer service executive with Delta Airlines, providing service for flights and passengers at Ezeiza international airport. She also served as head of Baggage Claim and as a complaint resolution official (CRO) with Delta. In 2008, she joined LATAM Airlines Group as a senior customer service executive, researching and analysing general service issues (Compliance), and proposing alternative solutions for each claim. Other tasks she handled at LATAM, a post she held until 2020, include rebuilding customer loyalty and direct dealings with customers and government agencies.

She has completed training in leadership and in 2017, she was named a service leader with LATAM Airlines Group. She joined CNA in 2021, where she currently coordinates the team of Consumer Defence Claims (Coprec- GCBA – OMIC). She speaks Spanish, English, Portuguese and French.
